秋冬是在日本吃蠔的季節,大概在11月到3月這幾個月份,沿海地方都會有鮮蠔的供應。我們從杵築城下町出發到伊美港坐船,途中停在魚市海鮮炭火燒Uoichi Uoza 魚市魚座來吃個午餐。

蠔當然是必吃的,肥美鮮甜,比我之前到系島的更大呢!元貝和魷魚也相當的出色,燒到差不多店員還會放一粒芝士到元貝上,超邪惡也超惹味的!這類型的炭燒,很有日本風味!
