Galvaude - Toasted brioche, chicken thigh, gravy, cheese curds, brussels sprouts, fingerlings, green peas, chicken skin crunch, poached eggs. Sounds rich and heavy but the dish turned out surprisingly light and well balanced and so friggin' DELICIOUS ❤️ T
