まだ早いのですが、フライングおせち。
お重にきれいに詰めるのはなかなか大変ですが、お皿に盛り付けるワンプレートおせちは、手軽でちょっとハードルが下がります。
おせち料理といえば、思い出すのが結婚して最初のお正月に作ったおせち。
主人の実家の慣れない台所であたふたするより、自宅で作った方がよいかと思って、おせち三段作っていったのです。
黒豆煮て、煮しめや田作りや紅白なますなど、初めてで時間もなかったけど、張り切っちゃって。
そうそう、はんぺんと卵で伊達巻きも作ってみたのでした。
