在電視節目 #スイーツ男子 看到POIVRIERE的專訪，整幢房子、店內陳設、用餐的地方和裡面的小庭園都很漂亮，古典優雅，猶如置身法國；而當時代表店受訪的是一位法國姨姨，讓我聯想到是一位想把正宗法式甜點帶來廣島，喜愛日本文化的法國女主廚，立刻就決定一定要去這一間1974年開業，1992年遷往現址的正統派法式傳統甜點店。
