Starting over with a New Challenge. 90 days of Training at least 45 min everyday, and of course eating a balanced Macro diet. I also go about 17 hours with out eating food. Which means my last meal is around 6/7 at night and I don’t eat again until 11:30
I'm a t shirt, jeans and converse kind of girl. Geeky things, whiskey and action movies. I may not be your typical girl but I don't ever plan to change.
