正月料理を少し
アレンジして「中身汁そば」♪

豚の新鮮な臓物を用いた「中身汁」は
郷土料理の一つ。
本土の雑煮のようなお正月のご馳走です。

具になる内臓の風味は
ほとんど除かれており、
どちらかと言えば鰹節出汁のお吸物。
モツが好きな方なら、全然大丈夫????♂️????♀️
・
たっぷり作る習慣なので、
日を置く毎に旨味が増すような感じ
・
名残り惜しい最後の一杯が
ちょうど正月気分の〆に
ぴったりな気がします????
