豚の新鮮な臓物を用いた「中身汁」は
郷土料理の一つ。
本土の雑煮のようなお正月のご馳走です。

具になる内臓の風味は
ほとんど除かれており、
どちらかと言えば鰹節出汁のお吸物。

日を置く毎に旨味が増すような感じ
