大きな丸いガラスのプレートには、
果物・木の実など と 餡・寒天を組み合わせて、
京都の碁盤の目に模して盛り付けてあります。
湯のみに入っている
「乳餡(にゅうあん)」
という白味噌のソフトクリームは、
もちろんソフトクリームとして、
時間が経てば冷やししるこ
としてもお楽しみいただけます。
