チーズテリーヌ。
カヌレを焼いて何かオーブンの調子がおかしいと思って、
カヌレ同様、温度管理が難しいチーズテリーヌを試しに焼いてみました。
そんなに心配するほどでもないかな、ムラ無しで焼けたかも♡と思ってたら焼成後冷ましてる間に現る謎のムラ焼け。
でも、許容範囲かな(^o^;) ・

それより気になるフォルム。
何でうちのはふっくら表面が張らないんだろう(°Д°)
まっ平らって言うのもですね。
また作るときは庫内環境あれこ
