というお寿司がございます。
お客様に自由にデザインして
盛り付けていただくお寿司です。
雑穀米のしゃりの上に、京野菜を中心としたおばんざいなど約25種類の素材を、お客様の自由な発想で盛り付けて完成させてからお召し上がりいただきます。
盛り付けられたお寿司は、当店オリジナルの調味料をガラスのシャーレの中で配合していただき、お好みのドレッシングをかけてお召し上がりください。
