奶油菇菇蛋帕里尼三明治????
卡布奇諾咖啡☕️ 一顆蛋打散加點鹽、鮮奶
用玉子燒鍋先煎一層薄蛋後
拿出來讓薄蛋去吐司上躺躺先
再繼續用原鍋煎炒松本茸菇
對！我懶得換鍋????
玉子燒鍋很迷你
所以炒菇的動作要幼秀點
母湯太粗魯嘿
炒到菇菇都縮小並呈現恰恰焦色
就可以加鹽和胡椒調味
奶油可以這時候下鍋
和菇菇啦啦欸
但我懶～
所以把奶油塊和菇菇
直接放吐司蛋上
一起去小V帕里尼烤盤熱壓
也很省事
拍完照趁熱吃
啊姆啊姆????厚呷
松本茸菇好多汁，爆好吃
