蒸たての餅米って優しい甘みがあるんです。
蒸籠(せいろ)に入った餅米を杵へ移すところです。
蒸気を使って餅米を蒸していくと、ごはんが炊ける時の美味しい匂いが漂よってきます。
杵へ移すのももちろん手作業です。
蒸たてのおこわ状になった餅米を杵で搗くことでお餅になります。
美味しいあられは美味しいお餅から。
