瓶内二次発酵。
赤色酵母で醸された春らしい鮮やかなピンク色。
優しく爽やかなにごり生酒です。
寿寿の桜はまだ小さな蕾ですが、少しずつ少しずつ大きくなってきました。
開花が楽しみですね。
