21日の祝日に親子の味噌作りワークショップを開催しました！！ 当日は8家族、19名の参加者と一緒にYAFFAとしては初の味噌作りのワークショップ。なかなか緊張しました。
前日から水に浸けておいた大豆を圧力鍋で炊き、大豆をみんなで潰す作業からスタート♪
潰した大豆を塩麹（米麹と塩の混ぜた物）としっかり混ぜ合わせ、保存の容器に入れて完成♪
最後に去年仕込んだお味噌を使ったランチ。
・キャベツの味噌汁
・ナチュラルポークのロースト 赤ワイン味噌ソース
・野菜のオーブン焼き 豆乳マヨと味噌のソース
・玄米
