Hej! Vi i Adventure 2:an var förra veckan på FriskisSvettis och körde ett HIT-träningspass (högintensiv träning) tillsammans på träningsläran! ????️♂️ Trots mycket svett och mjölksyra lyckades alla genomföra passet och Friskis var snälla nog
