先月生産者さんを訪問し、飼育現場から屠殺まで見学させて頂きました。実際にお肉も試食し、その美味しさに感激しました。情熱を持って飼育に励み、料理人からの要望に応える為、日々研究を重ねられている成果なんだなと感銘を受けました。入荷した七谷鴨は数日熟成させてから提供させて頂きます♬数量限定ですのでご予約はお早めに！
