我係熊本都食過兩次馬肉，而今次第3次既結論都係一樣 ----- 肉汁豐富，細嘗之下有隱隱的鐵锈味，如果唔講，只會覺得係味道好濃既牛肉~
雖然我叫5成熟但廚房well done左，但呢舊我手臂咁大既steak真係好好味! 哈薩克真係一個岩哂食肉獸既地方呀!
