Igår var vi på studiebesök på ReTuna i Eskilstuna. Från sopsortering till secondhandbutiker. I samma byggnad. Ett perfekt kretslopp, toppen för miljön. Och frågan alla ställer sig är: varför finns inte det här i alla städer?
