ないと生きていけないものは携帯と…お風呂！単純に肩こりがひどいからお湯に浸かってほぐさないと次の日とんでもないことになるんです。お風呂は美容目的ではないけど、大事にしていることは保湿です。乾燥肌だからそこだけは気を付けようと思って。普段のケアは、オイル→化粧水→美容液→クリームの順。パックもしなくちゃと思うんですけど面倒でどうにもできなくて…(苦笑）。
