かなりキテいるお酒の入荷です。と言うか、僕個人で入手したのですが。。。 #日本酒 というと、ある意味ではそうですが、もう別モノの、かなり個性アリ。。。驚異？の精米歩合100%、全く磨いておりません????そして、濾してもおりません。つまり、清酒ではなく、雑酒扱い。
お酒というより、発酵食品かもですね。
お出しするとして、通常の定量より、30か60位で出そうかなと。
