Zu einem entspannten Lauf in die Ruhe und Dunkelheit der Nacht ging es am Abend. Ich versuche in den nächsten Tagen ein bisschen mehr im Gelände mit ein paar mehr Höhenmetern zu laufen, heute klappte es schon ganz gut, ist aber bestimmt noch ausbaufähig.
