中壢馬祖新村文創園區佔地廣大，有設計許多拍攝場景很好拍攝，在這裡可以感受新舊融合文化的歷史氛圍，而且沒有過多的商業氣息，很適合吃完忠貞市場美食後來這裡親子同遊，但也希望可以跟台中的「審計新村」一樣發展起來，成為熱門文創景點。
