オランジュ サンギーヌ とは、フランス語でプラッドオレンのこと。
プラッドオレンジの赤い色はアントシアニンです。
アントシアニンは、数あるポリフェノールの中で抗酸化力だけでなく、視力回復や眼精疲労の改善に高い効果があると言われています。
柑橘の品種でアントシアニンが含まれるのは珍しく、ビタミンCとアントシアニン、両方が摂取できるのが、ブラッドオレンジの大きな特徴です。
