☆ 生米麹仕込 生酛純米 " 新政・生成 " (秋田県秋田市) 生米、お餅、飯米?などのしっかりした原料由来の香りと、ほんのり僅かーにフルーチィ。 しっかりした味わいの後には、酸味はほとんど無くて、すぅっと消えいる。ミネラルウオーターを飲んでいるかの様な透明感を感じます…余韻は、やや餅?かな。後は、スッとクリアに消えゆきます。 冷酒ももちろんの事ですが、冷やより少ーし温めると、更に旨旨でした????
