It’s throwbackthursday I started my journey at 15.10 it took me 7 years to lose 6 stone. I reached my target weight of 9.7 and stayed there for 2 weeks ! I’m currently 1 stone heavier but it doesn’t bother me as long as I keep trying not giving up....
