中山330民宿位於花蓮市區(離火車站僅4、5分鐘車程)。這裏除了是溜滑梯民宿外，同時也是鬧中取靜的溫馨民宿，一旁有「炸彈蔥油餅」一條街，其他如著名的小吃「鵝肉先生」、「液香餛飩」、「公正包子」~~更別說一般的超商了，購物十分便利。
走路到中正路商圈吃晚餐，逛夜市。真的不用開車哦! 好逛到不要不要的。民宿的每間房都佈置的非常可愛。
