Motoveli Magazine, Issue 3, officially went into 'helmet mode' Thursday night at 17 Frost Gallery in Williamsburg with a launch release party featuring rider-in-chief Ryan Snelson and a host of the moto/creator 'zine's current and past cast of characters.
