カレーうどんというか、もはやカレーやん！っていうくらいのとろみ。
欧風カレーかと思いきや、ビーフとスパイスが効いた珍しい感じのカレー(ホテルカレーにスパイスむっちゃ入れたみたいな)
手打ちうどんで独特の歯ごたえ。
この3点が相まって、オリジナリティ溢れるカレーうどんじゃった????
