『国際ヨガの日』に制定したものです✨

古代インドの伝統に想いをはせ、
世界中の人々が、自分自身とのつながりや社会、
地球環境とのつながり、調和、健康について
向き合う日として、
この『国際ヨガの日』を祝うべく
