ピカピカの山形のさくらんぼ『佐藤錦』
さくらんぼがとても美味しいので、さくらんぼの果肉を感じる、コロコロ仕上がりにしてみました♪♪
佐藤錦のヘタと種をとり、果肉を4～5等分くらいにカット、そこに奄美大島のプラムを少しミックスしたゴージャス仕上げ。
ぜひぜひこのジャムは、クラッカーやチーズなどにトッピングして、ジャム自体の味を味わってみてください♪♪
部屋中さくらんぼのジャムで幸せな香りの我が家です♪♪
