神級燒豚角沾汁麵 HK$85
吼!是我近年吃過最最最好吃的豬腩肉!
碗裡兩大塊厚身豬腩肉,是經直火燒過才上桌,外層形成香脆濃甜的焦糖面,咬落肥肉軟滑、瘦肉不柴,實在好吃到不行。當時我腦中只浮現出一句話:
「減肥,到底是什麼呢⋯⋯?」
至於麵⋯⋯欸,我有吃過麵嗎?!怎麼我只有吃過超好吃的豬腩肉的記憶呢⋯⋯(失禮)
