Zwangspause im Büro. Ich habe unglaubliche Schmerzen, weil ich wieder einen heftigen Bandscheibenvorfall in der Halswirbelsäule habe. Die unerträglichen Nervenschmerzen machen mich fertig, kein Schmerzmittel nützt mehr. ????ich versuche mich ja zu schonen
