アメリカ人のお客様のご来店がありました。今まで他産地に行かれたことがあっても、三川内焼は初めてのこと。
三川内焼の歴史について説明しましたが、平戸菊花飾や唐子絵に興味を持って頂きました。唐子絵は、中国の子供の戯れる姿がモデルになっていますが、藍の色で描かれていることから、「ブルーボーイ」とアメリカで呼ばれることがあります。
色んな話を私のつたない英語とスマホ(翻訳)を片手に話したところ、また訪れたいと言って頂き嬉しい限りです！
