本体の凹凸形状が沸騰時の水流を滑らかに整えることにより吹きこぼれしにくい構造になっています。
熱効率に優れ、早くお湯が沸き、付属のバスケットで素早い湯切りができる為、時短調理が可能です。
ザル付きなので野菜を蒸したり茹でたりすのにも向いています。
