Went for my first physio session for my knees today {Thu 11 Jul 19}????????Physiotherapist said abt the same thing as the Orthopaedic tt my patella is unstable {and maybe my ligaments are weak/ torn - have to check tt w MRI} due to weaker VMO, tighter IT
