We had the last of our Harkins Summer movies this morning and then a trip to library where the kids got some books and me a few more free seeds for the garden. I thought I would replace a few things that didn’t grow. Wow this summer is flying by!...

Black beans, anyone? I've always thought that the best way of getting kids to try a variety of food is by modeling good habits, and eating together. I'm thrilled my daughter loves eating black beans, but I do wish she wouldn't always steal mine ??????????
