ハムストリングスの種目であるレッグカールですが、膝がシートから出ていない方をよくお見かけします。
このフォームだとパットがふくらはぎを転がってしまい、負荷が正しくかからなくなってしまいます。
・
膝が少しシートから出る位置に体を調節すると、マシンの回転軸と膝の位置が合い、負荷が正しくかかるようになります。
