夏休みが終わり、練習再開。暑くなり、熱中症????に注意。
実は休み前のTMで、長男が試合前の練習で気分が悪くなってしまい、1試合も出場出来ず。
今日は朝からしっかり給水して、万全の状態で臨み、兄弟2人ともやり切れました。
そもそも高温時の練習はどうなのかな？とは思いますが、準備をしておけば、熱中症の危険は減らせるので。
明日はリベンジのTM。今日の経験をもとに、暑い日の我が家の必勝法を蓄積していきたいです。
