01 - 少吃肉。亞馬遜雨林大火起因，可能是牧場主人（或巴西政府？）為了更快速開發更多土地，便採取燒地的方式，以供畜牧業、礦產業之用。所以少吃肉，尤其是牛肉，可以減少雨林、土地被畜牧產業破壞，並每年減少80億噸二氧化碳排放。
02 - 購買「森林友善」，即來自符合永續標準的農場的產品，以減少污染、協助小農和守護森林。
