今回の買付のメインとも言えるボジョレーに入りました！
ボジョレー最南端に位置する『ドメーヌ・シャテルス』は"頑固おやじ"の愛称で知られるパスカルさんが毎年美味しいヌーヴォーを造ります！
あと2週間で収穫を迎えるガメイの畑は春先の寒さの影響で収穫量は落ちていますが、7月の猛暑でしっかりと完熟した甘いぶどうが出来上がっていました。
すでにとても甘みを感じましたが、これ以上に完熟をさせるというパスカルさんの"頑固なこだわり"が美味しいヌーヴォーを生み出します！
