小乖寶6個月了，離乳食物吃得非常好，
但說真的，副食品前置作業真的...挺累啊
一到假日我的狀態就是 #滿頭大汗上市場下廚房????????♀️
光是跑有機超市篩選食材、洗菜切菜、備料蒸煮，
到最後磨泥製成冰磚，
整個製作過程起碼一～兩個小時起跳，
美好的假日親子時光就在廚房揮汗如雨中流失掉一
