Good morning!???? Here is my simple breakfast for today.
105gr dragon fruit
50gr banana (frozen)
40gr mango (frozen)
30gr hydro coco (coconut water)
5gr flaxseed
15gr greek yogurt
Topping: kellog's mueslli and chia seed.
All is 245kcal.
