9/20（金）の豊洲ナイトランにDENKOSHA RUNclubで参加しました！ 総勢１1人での参加。RUNclubとしては2回目の大会出場です。 終業後にみんなで豊洲の駅に向かい、着替えてストレッチ。 ゲストランナーの道端カレンさんと記念撮影し、いよいよスタートです！ 今回は豊洲の綺麗な夜景を見ながら10kmを走るコース。 夜なので涼しく走りやすいな～と思っていましたが、 走りだすと汗が止まりません。。。 すれ違う時に励ましあいながら、 今回も全員完走することができました！ そして女性の
