今日は朝から西予市役所健康づくり推進課主催の城川町のフットパスをノルディックウォーキングでまわるイベントに参加者してきました????
このイベントは市のホームページで参加者を募集していたものです♪
お天気にも恵まれ、先生、市民の参加者、スタッフの約20名で3キロを歩きました！暑かった！
最初に参加者の健康状態の確認があり、講師の先生にポールの持ち方、歩き方などを教えていただき、歩く練習をしました。
