セブングレインパスタに次ぐKYUSHU ISLANDのクラウドファンディング（先行販売）第２弾は、宮崎綾町の「松井農園」さんが作る合鴨（あいがも）米です。
私たちと松井農園さんとの出会いは九州パンケーキがきっかけなので、かれこれ7年間になります。九州パンケーキは松井農園さんの田んぼの2/3ほどを使っているのですが、その残りの1/3をみなさんにおすそ分けしつつ、松井農園（綾町）への産地ツアーも企画しました！
