よく晴れた日が続いた満潮時、よく澄んだ海水を汲み上げて、天日や風などの自然の力で塩の結晶を作ります。
じっくり時間をかけて作った天日塩はまさに絶品✨

海水から塩ができるまでのレクチャーを受けた後、結晶ハウスでのかくはん・採塩体験♪
木くず等の不純物を手作業で取り除き、塩の選別をして小瓶に詰めます。
出来上がった塩は旬の野菜や果物にかけて味見????
