和朗フラット 壱号館(1937) 「和朗フラット」は港区麻布台にひっそりと佇む木造のヴィンテージアパートメントです。建物の名前は住まう人が和やかに朗らかに暮らせるようにと名付けられたんだそう。
洋風の外観デザインに表情のある漆喰の壁や鱗型の屋根、木製の窓枠がなんともレトロな佇まい。82年前に建てられたもので一部は空襲などで焼失してしまいましたが壱・弐・四号館は今でも現役で使用されています。(写真は壱・弐号館ですが四号館もとても素敵です！) 六本木駅より徒歩9分の立地とは思えない静けさでここだけ昭和初期に
