Gaja’s 2015 Barolos are out today. Last Monday I tasted them with Gaia Gaja at the winery and then, with her little dog Bris, we took the rest of the bottle of Sperss 2015 to dinner at L’Antica Torre (to drink with one of the first truffles of the season)
