I just got back some great photos of recent paintings I’ve completed for my upcoming show, Sacred Wisdom. We started setting up this week and though I’m not finished with the large Cypress drawing (seriously questioning if a 12 foot tree was a good idea)
Pollo al horno with arroz mamposteao (yellow rice mixed with beans) from Bebo’s Cafe in San Juan, Puerto Rico. You can choose your own side dish such as arroz congri (rice with black beans), tostones (fried plantains), or amarillos (sweet plantains).
