從大阪發跡，以厚片吐司和精品咖啡的組合，而受到歡迎Le BREESO，剛好在我這次前往廣島期間，在福岡開了新的分店。趕緊把握在福岡的短暫停留前往。店址所在的淨水通，是個高級住宅林立的地區，街道的輪廓嶄新而寧靜，每前進一步都充滿雀躍。

還沒進到店內，就能外頭看見櫃檯上擺滿的吐司，可以想像當地人在回家經過時，順道來買吐司的迷人日常。當楓糖可可厚片端上眼前，在剛烤好的炙熱下，可可的香味蒸騰簇擁著感官，連同用刀叉劃下時的微酥，和最後進到嘴裡的飽足感，是一場無可匹敵
