先日、当店日本酒担当が「醸し人九平次」でおなじみの萬乗醸造さまの畑がある黒田庄に招いていただき、行って参りました????

銘柄至上主義に疑問を呈し、原料のお米や農業に視点を移して、お米を自分たちで育てている萬乗醸造さま。
・
これからは農家が語っていた言葉を蔵が語る時代であると考え、お米を活かした日本酒を目指し造っているそうです！
・
お米造りは自然に左右される為、毎年毎年表情が変わります。それを"ヴィンテージ"として自然も表現する。その1年の田んぼのドラマを感じられる日
